Amy Brogioli joined Birnbaum, Haddon, Gelfman & Arnoux, LLC while studying law at Loyola University Chicago. Amy was elevated to full associate attorney upon her admission to the Illinois Bar in 2014.

Amy has assisted in successful complex trials involving international custody disputes, one of which helped reunite our client with his two children in South Africa. Amy quickly developed expertise with appellate court matters, assisting in a successful appeal for our client which overturned the trial court decision against our client.

Amy devotes all of her time to family law matters.

Prior to joining BHGA, Amy used her 711 law school license as an intern at Legal Assistance Foundation, where she assisted in the representation of clients in divorce, custody, child support, and order of protection matters.

Amy earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, Amy earned a Certificate in International Law. She was the Feature Articles Editor of the International Law Review and studied law in Rome and Strasbourg. Through these experiences, Amy developed insight into the impact of the law on individuals and society. Amy understands the profound impact divorce has both on the individual and on the children of divorce. Because of this, Amy is dedicated to achieving the best results for her clients and is a tireless advocate for them.

Amy graduated from Marquette University with degrees in English and Communication Studies and a minor in Asian Studies. She also studied in Beijing, China, through The Beijing Center for Chinese Studies. Prior to attending law school, Amy was a full-time volunteer through the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.
